How to lose belly fat. 

Excess stomach fat is becoming a huge problem that people in the western world are facing. This problem effects everything in life including: Your overall health, your self-image, your confidence, and event the way you relate to others. For many, the excess belly fat is one of the hardest things to get rid of.

The good news is that it is possible to lose your belly fat! It’s simple. But not easy!

Change your diet

This is one of the hardest things to do for many people. Our taste buds cry out for our favorite treats almost constantly. Tackling your cravings and mastering them is no easy task, but it must be done.

Cut out all junk food. That means all burgers, fries, pizza and chips. Allow yourself one meal a week to indulge, but other than that, you should get on a tight menu. Try cooking for yourself for a month. One method is the Metabolic Cooking method. This method uses ingredients that actively help fight fat in your body. Dedicate yourself to cooking with healthy foods for one month and you will most certainly see progress.

Get moving

Exercise is the other key component to losing belly fat. But not just any exercise. First, depending on your weight, you should start out walking or jogging daily. Increase your intensity and time every week. It is essential for you to do cardio excursive. Avoid doing crunches or sit ups. You need to first burn the fat off, and you do that by cardio exercise.

Another recommended workout style is called ‘Interval Training’. This type of workout involves combining bursts of lower intensity cardio with bursts of higher intensity cardio. Studies have found that this method works much better than constant intense cardio that most people equate with fat-loss.

Be positive

Losing weight can be difficult. It’s important that you have a positive attitude on your journey. Be sure to keep your goals written down and review them often. Have an inspiration photo handy, so you can visualize what outcome you are moving towards. This will help pull you through the hard times when it seems like things may not be changing.

So, keep a positive attitude and get rid of that belly fat!

    loosing fat is not so complicated, as long we understand the process 

    1st  of all we need to increase our metabolsm , so our body can burn fat fast.
    2nd  we need to avoid junk food , and sugar cause that will increase the insulin , and our body will be busy trying to reduce the insulin
    3rd  special kind of workouts , that train muscle group , the more muscle the more we can loose fat
